YourCharlie, Getinshoot’s software, is committed to respecting the protection of your data and to doing everything possible to ensure that the processing of personal data is in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This confidentiality policy informs you about how personal data collected when you register with YourCharlie, during the implementation of the latter and also when you browse our website www.yourcharlie.com (hereinafter « the Site ») are processed.

This site uses a chat service to respond to requests from our visitors. The provider of this service is the company: Tawkto. The company Tawkto does not collect personal data for behavioral analysis. Usage data such as the duration of the conversation, the time stamp of the messages, the volume of the dialogues, or your approximate geolocation are stored anonymously for statistical purposes only. We use your personal data exclusively for the processing of your request, in order to contact you again if you wish.

Security

YourCharlie implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved in processing it, to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized parties.

Conservation
