Why did you receive an e-mail from Charlie?
Charlie’s Customer wishes to know about your experience as a consumer.rice of one or more of its products or services that you have purchased and/or as a beneficiary of one or more of its products or services that it has delivered to you as permitted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Article 6. f) (legitimate interest).
For this purpose, the Customer, the data controller, has called upon Charlie, its subcontractor, to collect your video testimonial and has communicated some of your personal data (surname, first name, e-mail address and/or telephone number) to him for this purpose.
Unless you request deletion, Charlie will keep your data for 36 months from the date you submit your video testimonial, or 36 months from the date you send this e-mail if you do not submit a video testimonial. Your data will then be anonymized.
Charlie uses Gmail to send his e-mails and MailJet for his SMS messages. The data is hosted at Google Cloud in Germany. Charlie is not in any way a commercial prospect (advertising message) but a customer experience survey provider.
You may exercise your rights of access, deletion, opposition, modification, limitation and portability at any time by writing to Charlie’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@yourcharlie.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
