What do I agree to when I record a video testimonial?

Your video testimonial can only be recorded with your prior consent.
A transfer of image rights is required before you can start registering.
The electronic signature of your transfer of image rights takes place when you click on “Save my testimonial”.
If you do not wish to register, or authorize the person/company to use your image, simply leave the page without clicking on the “save my testimonial” button.
This transfer of image rights authorizes the person/company who invited you to testify to use and distribute your image for 3 years. Once this deadline has passed, the company will be obliged to ask you again for a transfer of image rights if it still wishes to use your video testimonial for its communication.
