How do I add my customers?

From “My customers”, click on “Add my customers”.

There are 2 ways to add them:

• Create them one by one by filling in the appropriate fields. (Last name, First name, Mail…) This method allows you to better target your customers, increasing your chances of receiving a testimonial. Pre-sorting allows you to identify your most loyal customers, and therefore those most likely to register for you.
• Import a CSV file (limited to 50 people). This method lets you add several customers at once. However, be sure to pre-sort your CVS files before importing, so as to target your customers as effectively as possible. It’s better to invite 3 customers whose testimonials you’re sure to receive, than 50 random customers…

Think about adding tags to your customers to recognize them, and sort them more easily in the YourCharlie interface.
