Do you have templates for invitation messages?

Yes. Once you’ve defined the questions to ask and recorded your motivational video for your customer, a drop-down menu offers you a choice of 3 invitation message templates.
They are written in a different tone to best suit your customer relationship:
- Short and to the point A short, to-the-point message for effective invitations. This message does not include the questions asked.
- Success story A more detailed message, highlighting the success of a collaboration and containing the questions you ask your guest.
- A little help A message highlighting your need for reassurance, positioning your guest as an ambassador. It also contains your questions.
You can send them from the YourCharlie interface (via Gmail, mail, or Whatsapp) or copy/paste them into the messaging application of your choice (SMS, social network…). Please note: you can only modify the text once you’ve chosen how to send your invitation.
