Commercial relaunch

  • Presentation : TRG Compta is a young accounting firm based in the French provinces. He is looking to acquire new customers.
  • Problem: All the companies in the area already have their own accountants, or are reluctant to change accountants. Beyond the commercial promises, they don’t know if it will really be better.
  • Objective: Reassure potential customers by proving that their current customers are genuinely satisfied with TRG Compta’s support.
  • Solution: During sales prospecting, follow up with a customer who doesn’t respond with an enigmatic e-mail subject inviting them to watch a video for them.
  • Result: customers who hadn’t responded for weeks were now responding to the sales representative’s requests for an appointment.
